In-Person Yoga Classes in Paris

Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, my in-person classes in Paris offer a space to explore movement in a way that feels intelligent, creative, and pressure-free.

Led in both English and French, each class is designed around The Soft Strength Method, combining breath-led sequencing, smart strength & flexibility training, and multiple pathways to every pose. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about discovering what your body can do, and feeling good doing it.

Music, flow, and lots of options, because no two bodies move the same.

Class styles

  • Vinyasa Flow

    Creative and breath-led. These all-levels classes build progressively toward a peak pose or theme, with options throughout to meet your body where it’s at. You'll build strength and mobility, one mindful breath at a time.

  • Dynamic Vinyasa

    For when you want to move with a little more fire. Expect a faster pace, transitions that make you break a bit more of a sweat, and a chance to challenge yourself, still being kind to your body.

  • Backbends & Flow

    Backbends don’t have to be intimidating. This specialty class helps you develop spinal strength, shoulder mobility, and nervous system trust. Layered prep and smart sequencing open up space for expansion.

  • Yin Yoga

    Slow. Quiet. Grounding. This class is all about deep rest, gentle release, and connection to breath and sensation. Ideal for balancing out more active movement, or just to slow down and reconnect.
